75 Hard Challenge

What is 75 Hard about?

75 Hard is a program created by Andy Frisella.  In his program, he provides a list of objectives that need to be met everyday for 75 days.  If you mess up, you start over at day 1.  The results are more about the inner change than the outer.  Those who succeed learn much about themselves and what works for them to focus on something and get it done.  Mindset is EVERYTHING! Gone are the excuses, gone is the procrastination. Mental Toughness is the RESULT and once you have that you can do ANYTHING! (or should I say EVERYTHING)



What it takes to do it…..?!?!

In order to succeed at 75 hard there must be discipline and self control.  There must be the destruction of bad habits and the formation of good ones.  Everything depends upon the person's will and dedication to climbing this mountain and shouting their victory from the summit.  You must be all in to win it all. Mindset = Mental Toughness


How to do it…???

It starts with a purposeful decision to get it done.  It also starts with conversations you need to have with those close to you.  They will likely be the ones tempting you away from your course, even if they don’t mean too.  Talk with them so they understand how important it is to you.  Let them know that you are dedicated and determined to see it through.  Ask them to help you by not flashing temptations around you like going to a movie when you should be working out or going to the fried chicken buffet when…. Well, let’s face it, that buffet is really no one's friend!  They can help you but you have to let them know you need their help.

Simply stated 75 Hard - 5 Tasks

75 Days committed diet (your choice) must include no alcohol (I will be using Herbalife)

75 Days drink a gallon of water per day

75 Days workout 2x a day for 45min each

75 Days read 10 pages of a nonfictional book per day

75 Days take a progress picture every day (this will be the hardest for me)


Why you should join me on this 75 Hard journey?  

You will be making a commitment to your health, family and most importantly yourself.  You have nothing to prove to anyone else.  

Get rid of excuses and achieve a focus and discipline like no one else can create except for you!

Transformational results mentally and physically! This is the main reason I am joining the challenge!
